Happy Tuesday lovelies!!
So, it has really been an interesting week, weekend, and Monday.
I'll tell you the story and you can be the judge on how interesting it was!
A week ago today, I had a little mishap (altercation, fight, sumo-match) with a large metal door at my school.
Needless to say, the door won.
My big right toe was the victim to the malicious, germ infested door...
I didn't think much of it...I knew that it hurt like a MUTHA but I didn't even think about going to see a doctor about it...I just thought I stubbed it and it would feel better later.
Boy...was I wrong.
Fast forward to 3 days ago...
Went to see the Doc because the pain was excruciating and my toe had it's own heartbeat and found out that it is officially broken (cracked as she put it) and it may have a slight infection.
Keep in mind that I will be walking down the aisle in TEN days...
So now I have a very attractive blue velcro orthopedic walking boot and a bruised ego.
Here is a picture from Saturday when Fiance and me went to a friend's wedding. Yup, it was a party of three. Fiance, Me, and Boot.
On top of the said walking boot, broken toe and broken spirit....
I used a face wash last night that I haven't used in a while--
And I had a MASSIVE allergic reaction to it.
My face turned BEET red and was on FIRE.
Of course I took a picture of it.
The look on my face in the pic above is SHEER PANIC and I am literally on the verge of tears. I thought Fiance was gonna have to take me to the ER.
Thank goodness the Benadryl took care of it, but it scared the crap outta me.
Know what though?
After all this...
I'm still in high spirits and know that the best DAYS of my life are ahead of me!
T-Minus 10 days and counting...
and I'm ready.
PS- I'm still way behind on comments/emails...I am slowly getting to them all! I promise!!!
