My title to this post was so long, I added a Zoolander line to it just to make y'alls day!
So, we all know there are some things that we do as bloggers that people who don't blog (gasp...are we friends with non-bloggers? How dare us???) just quite don't understand....you know what I mean.
Like the time when you are at dinner and you take ONE bite out of your meal and you get pissed off because you didn't get a picture of it?

Or what about that time when you went shopping with your sister (or friend/mom/relative/whoever) and you took FOREVER in the fitting room because you were snapping pictures of each individual outfit, sock, hat, belt, shoe, pant, jean, all while holding up your purse just to see what it would look like? And then you send that pic to other blogger friends because you need to know what they think before you EVEN buy it...even though you have your sister (or friend/mom/relative/whoever) there. And she's very honest. And then you decide NOT to post the pics on the blog because you didn't get your good side/your butt looks too big/the color is all wrong/pick any excuse.
But then you decide to publish it anyway because it's a really cute dress for such a cheap price?
Or that time you had to re-create a scene of you making a purchase because you forgot to take pictures at the time and your husband gets all annoyed but when you tell him it's for the blog, he rolls his eyes and does it because he loves you? (Or in this case...just walks away...tee hee hee)
You know those times when you shop and you see something really cute and you wonder if it is worthy of a giveaway?
I didn't buy this moustache...but I totally should have. It talked and everything. I think I'll go back and get it and use it in a future giveaway, yes?

We know we are really and truly BLOGGERS when ANYTHING in our lives happen we have to think or ask ourselves...."Is this something I can put on my blog?"
Yeah...most of our IRL peeps just don't get it....and when you try to explain it....it just doesn't make sense.

Haha this post made me laugh! My IRL friends don't understand when I do things for my blog at all. It is definitely two different worlds:)
HAHA! This is so funny & so true! When I'm referencing something about my blog or my blog friends, people give me this look like "What in the what!?" HA! My Fiance however is super supportive & always helps me take pictures of recipes & food & even me because it's "for the blog"! LOVE IT!!!
I literally lol'd the minute I read that title! And yes, I do all of these too. And in return get crazy looks from people (read: my husband). I just want to yell, "I'm not crazy, I'm a blogger!" but that would make me look even more crazy. So, I snap the photos as quickly as possible and duck my head and run!
SO funny and TRUE.... or that time you start talking about a blog friend to a non-blogging friend and they said 'wait, have you met them in real life....' ummmm, no.... but ... they just dont understand hahahahaha
Hilarious post! My hubby rolls his eyes EVERY TIME I get my phone out to take pictures of our food! He's always like, "for the blog, right?" in a very sarcastic tone :)

omgosh - dying over this post. My hubby often comes home and walks into the kitchen to find a MILLION dirty dishes from my "step by step" recipes. He can always tell when he's walked into a live blog post.
With us it´s the other way around. I´m forgetting to take pictures all the time and my hubs is reminding me and is very keen that I keep blogging cause it makes me happy :) Such a great pick this man! Love your moustache! Crazy but soo cute. What was it "talking" about anyway?
Sooo funny and soooo true! My hubby is always giving me funny looks when I'm snapping pictures of apparently nothing. Just think how boring everyone's blog would be if you had no pictures to prove your salad was amazing or that you bought a cute dress for under $20!

LOVE this! When we went on vacation with my mom and sis recently, I'd take a photo of every meal we ate, and EVERY time my sister would say "UGH, you're taking pictures of our food AGAIN? Why?" Most of my family doesn't even know I blog, so I didn't even bother explaining. My husband is so used to it, and he gets that this is my hobby so he entertains me. He's well known to respond to things with "This is going on the blog isn't it" YUP! At least he's a good sport! LOL
Oh and PS - I'm TOTALLY going to Marshalls now! I need some cute summer dresses, but sick of spending a fortune on them!

I love this post. This is my life right now... I'm new to blogging and a lot of times my IRL friends ask questions like "Do you make money for blogging; Why do you blog, Why are you taking so many pictures, can we go" I really Despise those questions too.... I blog because it's fun, I don't need to make money from it god has provided all of my needs, and it's my camera so I can take as many pix as I want.... (ahhhhhh that feels better, venting is necessary, Lol)
