How far along? 25 Weeks
Maternity clothes? Definitely.
Stretch marks? Just the 'ol boobies. But not bad.
Sleep: My sleep is questionable here lately...just can't seem to get comfy.
Best moment this week: My doctor's appointment yesterday! Got to see his sweet lil face on the ultrasound!
Miss Anything? Ice-Cream. I'll explain in a bit.
Movement: Seems to be lots of movement lately!
Food cravings: Nothing really.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Yes... apparently ice-cream causes me to have SEVERE SEVERE SEVERE heartburn. But that's a whole other story and I'm not sure I want to embarrass myself by publishing the story on here.
Gender: Baby boy
Labor Signs: Nothing! Better stay that way for at least 14 more weeks!
Belly Button in or out? I just discovered that my bell button is becoming shallow! Eee.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Mood: Very good...just sleepy :)
Looking forward to: Finishing baby boy's nursery!
What does Alphamom say about 25 weeks??
Your Baby:
- Weighs about 1 1/2 pounds and is 13 1/2 inches long.
- Is growing more hair, with a distinctive color and texture and everything.
You:
- Have a uterus the size of a soccer ball.
- Have probably noticed a decent increase in your belly size over the past few weeks — your fundal measurements (the length between your pubic bone and the top of your uterus) grew about an inch-and-a-half in the past four weeks alone.
- May start experiencing uterine contractions soon, if you haven’t already.
So, all in all, I'm feeling pretty good. I'm starting to feel some real anxiousness for this little guy's arrival. I'm in full-blown nesting mode, wanting to have this house ready just in case anything happens!
Here are some snap shots from one of my fave baby apps, Sprout!
It's crazy to imagine if I were to have him now, he hopefully would be ok. I PRAY that nothing like this happens and he waits till 40 weeks, but I can breath just a bit easier now knowing this.
And I always like to check and see just where on the development chart my little angel is registering...he is the size of a squash :)
Also...if you happen to know of ANYONE who makes those DARLING nursery letters to hang on the wall....please send them my way!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Ugh heartburn! Even water gives me heartburn! It's definitely the worst part of these 9 months. And now I'm starting to feel my little girl's kicks in my throat!! It's crazy.

You look so cute and pretty in that outfit! I love when you post these pregnancy entries, I feel like I learn so much when I'm done reading them.
Gorgeous!!
You look great!! My belly button is getting really shallow too, isn't it weird?!
Which apps are you using?? You look great! Love your dress!
Yeup. I think... you're definitely pregnant. So cute. :)
You look wonderful! Oh I remember those nesting days! So productive and tiring :)
You look lovely! Over halfway there. Sleep does become elusive the bigger you get but I just told myself it was God's way of preparing me for that sweet baby waking me up in the middle of the night. I got my nursery letters off of Rosenberry Rooms.com but I hope you can find someone who makes them as the price was a little eye widening. Or try Etsy?
I get excited over and over again with every update you post. :)
That dress is too cute! Looking great mama!
I definitely breathed a sigh of relief at 26 weeks!
